About Royal Quest/Jack Hill

Who is Jack Hill
First and most important – Jack is a husband, father, son, brother, uncle, cousin and friend. His identity comes from those relationships. Without these vital people in his life he would be reduced to grasping for meaning from what he does. These relationships give what he does authority and validity. Jack works from a model of reality rather than theory. He lives what he shares with others.

Married for 35 years, he and his wife Myrna have three adult children – and have 6 grandchildren.

Jack loves people. He has been working with groups and individuals for many years, as a Seminar speaker, Pastoral Counselor and Coach.

Jack’s own journey from illusion to reality has equipped him to walk with others who want to leave the old ruts that are predictable and boring. Most illusions are filled with hype and promise but consistently fail to deliver. Consequently, to extract some kind of meaning from this passing life, activities and busyness fill our days and distract us from what really matters.

Jack’s knowledgeable insight and easy way of sharing the ways of freedom not only motivate his clients but do so with intentional care and encouragement. He won’t allow them to drag their feet, but will consistently motivate them to determine what they want and design ways to capture it.

Make no mistake - he will not lead them down the familiar paths of mediocrity and easy, instant results; but he will get to know the client as an individual and create a compatible way of life that will pay dividends for years to come. This is not for those who merely want a formula to quick answers but for those who are willing to pay the price in effort and hard work, because they know there is no other way for lasting results.

Jack is well known amongst his colleagues and those he has mentored as a man who is true to his word, trustworthy, enlightening, challenging, honest and authentic. His style is direct with genuine kindness. His life style will vouch for his message. He is sought after because, to him, people are individuals that matter, and have enormous value. He believes they are similar to him; they have hopes and dreams, hurts and disappointments and given the chance, with support and guidance, they can make significant alignment changes that will affect every significant relationship they have.

Jack has deeply affected hundreds of individuals in his seminars and classes. No one says he is boring. Many declare they received new understanding and insight that propelled them to move past their present place of tedium, to a new level of personal meaning and fulfillment.

It is worth a phone call and a sample session to see if you too agree with the many who have engaged their lives with a Personal Coach: now they express a deep personal satisfaction of having embarked on a quest that aligns their lives with their inner values and goals.

What I Believe
First and foremost I believe there is a living, caring God at the center of this universe. I also believe He wants an intimate relationship with you and me. He is not mean or vindictive, but kind and gentle, and desires us to know He loves us.

I believe we are comprised of a spirit, soul and body. Simply put:
Spirit – Our spirit is the interface between God and man.
Soul – Our soul is the core of our being, including mind, emotions and will. It is our relational self.
Body – Is the expression of the soul and spirit, and facilitates our presentation to the world.

We were created to experience intimacy. Intimacy requires safety, openness and honesty with another being in relationship. When those relationships either don’t exist or are fractured then we tend to pursue meaning through other means, which invariably leave us empty, frustrated and alone.

Along with connecting with God, the development of our soul is strategic. Our soul is who we are. As we become authentic, then what comes out of our mouth and out of our lives is congruent. Our body also it a vital part of us. It is the interface where we express our connection with other human beings and the world. It is how we make our first impression with others. Our bodies can say a lot about what is happening inside.

To the degree these three entities are aligned with truth and we are in appropriate relationship with others, we can experience lasting joy and fulfillment.
